All Control systems are designed to UL508A guidelines and incorporate category 3 or category 4 E-Stop safety circuits as standard.
We have experience in General Automation Integration, Automated Panel Saws, Press Brakes and Shears, Cable Taping Machines, Packaging – Form, Fill and Seal Machinery, Tray fill and Seal and Pouch Machines, Rollformer Lines, Coil Processing Equipment and Cut to Length Controls as well as Material Handling Equipment.

Proper control system design and specification at the beginning of a project can provide reduced project construction cost, as well as many years of dependable and reliable control system performance. Control Works, Inc. uses the latest in controls design software to integrate our design data with our bill of material generation and panel layout designs. We do this to provide shorter lead times and more accurate drawing sets to our customers. Each project has a dedicated Project Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and single point accountability.

Programming
Control Works provides full service programming for your application. If the design includes a PLC, HMI/SCADA or Motion components we can program the entire package. We pride our selves on being a “one stop shop” for our customers. All our programs are fully documented.

Control Works, Inc. is a full service systems integrator, offering electrical and mechanical systems integration to service a variety of industrial applications.
